Access Sandbox Environment

1. Contact your key account manager if you're interested in using our Customer API.
2. Your technical contact will receive sandbox credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) securely.
3. Store your sandbox API keys in a password manager. Never share them via unencrypted channels.

Access Production Environment

Access to Global Payments

Access to the production environment enables global payments and includes very sensitive data. Therefore, before you can use the Customer API in production, we’ll carry out a short due diligence process to ensure everything works smoothly.

1. Schedule a technical demo meeting
2. Sign contract (sent to you via Docusign)
3. Receive your Client ID and Client Secret for the production environment
